Dr. Bertina Combes

On February 19, 2021, the University of North Texas lost an invaluable educator, mentor, and friend. In honor of Dr. Bertina Hildreth Combes' life, a scholarship has been created in her name, the Equity & Diversity Conference Inclusive Excellence Award was renamed the Dr. Bertina H. Combes Inclusive Excellence Award, and a celebration of life event will take place March 9, 2021. This page will continue to be updated.
