VISION STATEMENT

The UNT Black Professional Network (BPN) serves employees that identify within the African Diaspora and aspires to contribute to the:

  • Recruitment, promotion and development of faculty, staff and students that are representative of the student population and the communities that we serve.
  • Building and sustaining an inclusive campus community that is recognized as a model internally and externally for promoting respect, valuing differences and encouraging engagement.
  • Transformation towards a more culturally and linguistically competent university.
